30-day returns, no questions asked

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a refund, for any reason at all.

• You don't need to explain why. Just reach out.
• Used or opened is okay.
• Returns are on us. We'll send you a prepaid shipping label, so you won't pay to send it back.

How to start a return

Email us at support@babbybubble.com with your order number, and we'll send you a prepaid return label and get your refund moving.

When you'll get your money back

Once your return is on its way back to us, we'll refund your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Exceptions

• Gift cards can't be returned.
• Items lost or damaged through clear misuse, or returns that fall well outside the spirit of this policy.

Damaged, defective or wrong item?

If anything arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us a quick photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund right away. You won't need to return the faulty item.
